Refund and Returns Policy

At Media Zone, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we are here to help. Please read our Refund and Return Policy below.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards, downloadable software products, and items that have been customised or altered. Additionally, any items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@media-zone.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g. if the item is returned damaged or missing parts that were not due to our error).
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@media-zone.co.uk.

3. Exchanges

  • Damaged or Defective Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item for the same product, please contact us at info@media-zone.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your item.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Exchanges: For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
  • Return Label: In some cases, we may provide a pre-paid return shipping label. If this is offered, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

5. International Returns

  • Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with returning an item. These costs are non-refundable.
